If you suffer from aches and pains or have shooting pains and severe headaches continuously you need to pay attention to what you are eating. The foods you eat could be the cause of your pain. Afteents you could be allergic to night shade foods. These are foods that frow in shady areas and flower in night. They belong too the plant family known as SOLANACEAE and regular consumption of them can lead to aches and pains.
